A SLEEPING PARTNER. ENTENTE’S LATEST DIPLOMATIC MOVE. United Press Association. Washington, November 19. Britain, France and Russia are planning to induce China to join as a sleeping partner in the IVipls Lntente in order to prevent friction with Japan. The United States is not participating.
