(Received 9.55 a.m.) London, November 18. - In the Speyer-Cassel case, judgment was reserved. FINANCE IN BRITAIN. n (Received 12.35 p.m.) London, November 18. Mr McKenna’s new clause in the Finance Bill was carried. Mr McKenna agreed to exempt soldiers and sailors with incomes not exceeding £3OO 'from the increased income tax. CHURCHILL OFF TO THE FRONT (Received 12.35 p.m.) London, November 15. Mr Churchill has left London to join the Oxfordshire Hussars in France.
