Lieutenant Hubert Fay roniessed to the dynamite plots in which bombs were placed on munition ships. He has implicated other Germans, but the details are secret yet. WRECKS ON THE IRISH COAST. "''[»• London, November 15. ■ The fiercest gale for, twenty years has been experienced in the Channel and in the Irish Sea. Six vessels were driven ashore at Fishguard, and eight others at Rossclare. The crews were, rescued after terrible experiences. ' y Two steamers foundered in the channel, and twenty persons perished.
