THE SITUATION IMPROVED. ENEMY PLAN THWARTED. BULGARIAN DEFEAT AT NISH. (Received 1.52 p.m.) Rome, November 14. Advices from .Witrovitza .state that the situation has greatly improved. The enemy attempts to separate the Montenegrin from the Southern Serbian forces failed. The Bulgarians were defeated ten kilometres from Nish and were forced to retire.
