GERMANY'S COUP DE-MAIN. THREATENED ATTACK ON SUEZ CANAL. United Press Association. London, November .13. This means the construction of a light railway across the desert, and they are counting on England's slowness to move. If the canal is immediately entrenched the coup de main will prove a disastrous failure.
