Ambassador Lansing announced tliat Mr Brand 'Whitlock will return to Belgium when his health is recruited. quite a different story. (Received 1.40 p.m.) New York, November 11. Reports by the State Department show that the suspicious steamer r/;ealaiidea was not searched in a Mexican port, but on the high seas. It is unlikely that the United States will take any action.
