SULVA BAY LANDING. AN UNFORTUNATE AFFAIR. GUILTY GENERALS SHOULD BE PUNISHED. Dnixkd Pbmu Association. (Received 1 a.m.) London, November 11 In tlie House of Commons, Major Wedgewood, winner of the D.S.O. at the Dardanelles, approved the campaign, though it was a gamble. He declined to blame the Cabinet lor the campaign turning out badly. The Government ought to take the losses without talking of the decline of British prestige. The Suvla Bay landing jwas very unfortunate, and the generals responsible should bo dealt with in the same effective manner as failures in France.
