MEXICAN NEUTRALITY INFRINGED. ALLEGATION BY U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT. Press Association. (Received 1 a.in.) Washington, November 11. The State Department alleges that a British cruiser, in forcibly searching the Zealandea, infringed Mexican neutrality. It has asked for a full report of the circumstances. The Zealandea was manned principally by Germans, and it is believed . was carrying copper, resin and othei munitions. She flew the American flgg. The owners deny that she Hew the German colours while at sea.
