HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE. “A SIREN OF CORSICA.” The new programme at His Majesty’s Theatre to-night will have as its star feature, a fascinating 3ipart drama, entitled “A Sireti ol Corsica.” The story, which is emotional, depicts the alluring wiles of La Belle Corsiciana, a famous beauty of that island, who captures a wealthy American while he is on a health recruiting ' trip. The Corsician follows her American lover to New York, and upbraids him for his falseness. In her rage 'and despair she attempts to shoot him, but fails, and kills instead her 'friend. The plot, which is quite exciting, details the manner in : which an innocent man is acquainted of the murder charge, and the picture ends in a most unique fashion. Other pictures to be screened include Gussie’s Wayward Path.” a screaming merrymaker, by the Keystone Company, featuring *Syd." Chaplin; “Conference of the French and British Ministers of War,” a most interesting film; “The Terror of the Mountains” (Majestic drama); “Fatty’s Sweetheart” (Vita, comedy); and Pathe jWar Gazette. The usual matinee on Saturday.
