AUSTRIANS TO INVADE MONTENEGRO. ITALY'S SUCCESS IN THE SNOW. United Puess Association. Rome, November 3. The Idea Nazionale states that the Austrians are preparing 120,000 men for an invasion of Montenegro. The now army is concentrated in Herzegovina. A communique states: Our offensive against the formidable rampart of Coldliana was successful, despite the enemy's exceptionally stubborn resistance. The rigors are unusual for an early winter. After an effective artillery preparation the infantry made a furious attack and hoisted our flag on the summit, amidst the snows, at a height of 2464 metres.
