Tho Press Bureau states that Mi - Asquith is carrying on the War Office during Lord Kitchener’s temporary absence. It is untrue he has resigned. London, November 5. In the House of Londs, Lord ourzon, explaining the Bill to regulate night clubs, said they were the haunts of temptation and dens of iniquity.
