STRATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that, at a Special Meeting of the Stratford Borough Council, held on the 12th day of October, 1915, the following resolution was duly passed, and that,the same will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order of tiro Council, at a further Special Meeting of the Couucil, to be held in the Conn-, Chambers, Broadway, on the 10th day of November, 1915, at 8 p.m. RESOLUTION. “That iu exorcise of the'powers conferred on it by Sections 111, 112 and 143 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” the Stratford Borough Couucil hereby resolves by way of Special Order to accept a Surrender from Joseph McCluggage, of Stratford, Estate Agent, of Memorandum of Lease Registered No. 8835, ol Section 652, Town of Stratford, and to grant two new leases in lieu thereof for the nnexpired portion of the existing term, one lease to be to George Isaac Bradley, of Stratford, mechanic (sub-lessee from the said Joseph McCluggage), of part of the said section 652, Town of Stratford containing 1 rood 2.2 perches, more or less, and the other lease to he to tho said Joseph McCluggage of the remaining portion of the said —ction, subject as follows. 1. For the period from Ist Dccomr, 1915, to Ist January, 1918, the arly rental payable by the sard mrge Isaac Bradley shall be £6, and e yearly rental payable by the said iseph McCluggage shall be £2O, and r each subsequent period of seven ,ars of tho said term tho yearly reals payable by the said George Isaac •adlcy and Joseph McCluggage restively shall be the respective anuil values of the portions of the said nd leased by them respectively, withit regarding the value of. any buildgs or improvements thereon, as dermiued prior to the commencement each such subsequent period of ven years by the valuation of throe dependent persons (one to be apfinted by the Lessor, one by the Lese, and the third by such two ap,inted persons), the costs of such dilations in each case to bo borne by .e lessees. 2. Such yearly rentals shall, be payile in advance on the Ist Jannaiy each year. . 3. Such new leases shall contain, th any necessary additional covenits and conditions, the same covenits conditions, and restrictions as e contained in the existing lease, cepting that Clauses ~ and 8 thereof all be omitted from the new lease the said, George Isaac Bradley. STRATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL. AMENDMENTS TO BUILDING REGULATIONS. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council held at the Council Chambers on the 12th day of October, i 915, it was resolved that the Council should by Special Order adopt, pass, and make the By-laws, a copy of which was then produced, amending the Building Regulations contained in Part \IU of the By-laws of the Council of the, Borough of Stratford, made on the 20th day of June, 1899, and confirmed on the Jlst day of July, ‘ 1899, and that the said resolution will he submitted for confirmation as a Special Order of the Council at a further Special Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Broadway, on the lOtli day of November, 1915, at the hour of 8 p.m., and at such further Special Meeting the Council will also fix the 18th day of November, 1915, as the date upon which such By-laws shall come into force. The object and purport of the said By-laws is to re-define the “Inner Area” and Outer Area” in the said Building Regulations. * A copy of the said By-laws is deposited at the office of the Council, Broadway, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours from i the date hereof up to and inclusive of j the said 18th day of November, 1915. i Dated this 15th day of October, 1915.
