LONDON WOOL SALES. .Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, advise having received the following cable from their London lmu.se under dare of the 26th instant:—"The wool sales opened with an average attendance of buyers. The selection or offerings was fair to good. As compared with closing rates of last sales, prices for good merinos rule linn and are unchanged, whilst faulty merinos were neglected. Greasy crossbred, fine to medium were 5 per cent to 7} per cent dearer .and coarse 5 per cent. dearer. Scoured slipes were o petcent, dearer.
