BRITISH PRISONERS AT RUHLEBEN. MORE SATISFACTORY CONDITIONS. United Press Association, (Received 2.15 p.m.) London, October 26. Sir Edward Grey has learned from Mr Geraid Unit the British prisoners at R’uhleben after ten months co-op-eration with the military authorll»ss have gained the latter’s confidence and the result is that the military administration has been relaxed in favour of a civil system. Camp captains were elected and their own police were appointed, resulting in smoother working and better discipline. There has not-been a single ease of punishment in the cells.
