1 Colonel Cossgrovc, Dominion Chief Scout Commissioner, arrived in Stratford* by the mail train last evening. Private James (ledge, writing to his mother, Mrs Gcdge. of Stratford, states that during the big fight he received a slight scalp wound and was * only out of action for a few days. He confirms the reports of the great fig it of the Wellingtons, who, he says, “stuck to it like glue.”
