Filipesco (Unionist), in a sensational speech, accused the Government of evasion' concerning the military supplies. He pointed out that a German treaty with Bulgaria was concluded on August, 1914, and llonmania, having arranged an alliance with Greco-Serbia, ought to go to Serbia's assistance. M.
