STRATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby givon that at a Special Meeting of the \Stratford Borough Council, held on the 12th day of October, 1915, the following resolution was duly passed, a*id that the same will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order of the Council, at a further Special Meeting of the Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, Broadway, on the 10th day of November, 1915, at 8 p.m. RESOLUTION. "That in exercise of tho powers conferred on it by Sections 141, 112 and 1-13 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," the Stratford Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to accept a Surrender from Joseph McCluggage, of Stratford, Estate Agent, oi Memorandum of Lease Registered -No. 8835, of Section 062, Town of Stratford, and to grant two new leases in lieu thereof for the unexpired portion of tho existing term, one lease to be to Georgo Isaac Bradley, of Stratford, mechanic (sub-lessee from the said Joseph McCluggage), of part or tho said section 652, Town of Stratford containing 1 rood 2.2 perches, more or. less, and tho other lease to be to tho said Joseph'McCluggage of the remaining portion of the said section, subject as follows: 1. For the period from Ist December, 191.5, to Ist January, 1918, the yearly rental payable by tho said George Isaac Bradley shall bo £O, and the yearly rental payable by tho said Joseph McCluggage shall be £2O, and for each subsequent period of seven years of tho said tsrm the yearly rentals payable by the said George Isaac Bradley and Joseph McCluggage respectively shall bo the respective annual values of the portions of the saitl land leased by them respectively, without regarding the value of any buildings or improvements thereon, as determined prior to tho commencement of each such subsequent period of seven years by tho valuation of three independent persons (one to be appointed by tho Lessor, one by the, Lossee, and the third by such two appointed persons), tho costs of such valuations in each case to he home by the lessees.
2. Such yearly rentals shall be payable in advance on tbo Ist January in each year. , 3. Such new leases shall contain, with any necessary additional covenants and conditions, the same covenants, conditions, and restrictions as are contained in the existing lease, excepting that Clauses 7 and 8 thereof shall be omitted from the new lease to the said George Isaac Bradley." NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council held at the Council Chambers on the 12th day of October, 1915, it was resolved that the Council should by Special Order adopt, pass, and make the By-laws, a copy of which was then produced, amending the Building Regulations contained in Part VIII of the By-laws of the Council of the Borough of Stratford, made on the 20th day of June, 1899, and confirmed on the 31st day of July, 1899, and that the said' resolution will be submitted for confirmation a s a Special Order of the Council at a further Special Meeting of the Council to bo held in the Council Chambers, Broadway, on the lOtii clay of November, 1915, at the hour of 8 p.m., and at such further Special Meeting the Council will also fix the 18th day of November, 1915, as tho date upon which such By-laws shall come into force. The object and support of the said By-laws is to re-define the "Inner Area" and Outer Area" in the said Building Regulations. A copy of the said By-laws is deposited at the office of the Council, Broadway, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours from jtbe date hereof up to and inclusive of the said 18th day of November, 1915.
