SUBMARINE VICTIMS. . j ? j ' } ■■ \ A GERMAN STORY. Cnited Press association. Amsterdam, October 20. Berlin claims that a German submarine in September sank twentynine steamers, of a tonnage of 103,315 seven fishing vessels, and two transports. The message also states that mines destroyed six steamers.
