It combines all the weird imaginative genius Edgar Allen Poe. Its exposition of the uncanny workings of a criminal’s mind and the extremes of penitence and remorse inflicted by a guilty conscience on a man whose hands are stained witk blood. At one momeutit is delightful through its exquisite beauty, and then almost ghastly through its fearless treatment. Other films to ho shown aie M\Var (Janette';” “On the Borders of a Lake,” “The World Power” and a special film “Nestle’s Milk Industry” winch, is magnificently coloured throughout.
