THE ALLIED PLANS. TROOPS LANDING AT DEDEA- . CATCH. ITALY WILL CO-OPERATE IN BALKANS. RUSSIA TO ATTACK BULGARIA. United Press association. (Received 11.50 a.m.) Amsterdam, October 11. The Frankfurter Zeitung states that the Allies are preparing to land at Dedeagatch. Russia is, also-preparing to attack Bulgaria. Salonika telegrams state that thirty thousand Allies] troops have landed, being used to assure the communications from, Salonika to Struvia. : , Italy is now co-operating with the transport and landing of troops, and is likely to take an active part in the Balkan expedition.

(Received 9.50 a.m.) | Athens, October 11. It is learned that during the Aus-tro-German bombardment six thousand shells ruined several quarters in Belgrade.

Madjarioff, the Bulgarian Minister, states that although not given his passport, he was leaving Petrograd forthwith. He adds: The Bulgarian Government's adventure will remain as ignominy in history. Russia liberated Bulgaria, whose future is very dark, because she has failed in those moral obligations which are indispensable to the foundation and existence of small States. I am returning to Bulgaria, and shall tell the whole truth regardless of personal danger. I only hope Russia will not leave the Bulgarians forever, in the lurch, making the country entirely responsible for the faults of the present Govern men t.
