The newspapers, discussing the Balkans, state that the Entente .Nations are united regarding the effort required to avert the peril, and each must rake a share. .Military critics declare 'they must solidly impede . the Germans* advance, and then the Allies must rush in from all sides. Gaulois declares: It i s necessary to act quickly. While we are discussing the position, the Austro-Germans are • 'advancing. .■ «. Duke Demout Pensier'telegraphed, reproaching Ferdinand, who, as a prince of the French race, had thrown himself into the arms of the Turks, ibis enemies of yesterday, and "against France, who was defending the liberties- of the, "peoples. He concludes: Your degenerate heart is leading you ; towards bands of assassins, robbers, •and traitors. I disavow you to-day.
