It is no exaggeration to say that within two months an additional 200,000 trained soldiers can he added to the forces now in the field, and the value of~this new blood infused into' a war-worn army is inestimable. The pause in hostilities ha s made possible a reorganisation of the supply system, the completion of the equipment, and the arrival of fresh stores for the transport service to replace those lost, a s well its many more oxen than those already replaced. Since this estimate was made, it is known that British and French artillery Ims been sent to Serbia, and that her army ha:-! been well equipped by the Allies,
