ROVERTO IN JEOPARDY. Rome. October 8. There is new*, of an important advance towards lioverto. The Italians have been investing the fortifications of Dassdisomme and Sommyjats lor six \veeks,duriug which a-methodical bombardment of the torts continued .uninterruptedly. Every fortification is nowsmashed, and the Italians can view ttoverto from the summit of the newpositions. They have commenced a bombardment of the fortifications of Kinonchin. which is the last Austrian line of defence before Roverto.
