The death is announced from London ui Mr George Edwards, the. theatrical manager. At Knox Church, Inglewood, on Thursday, the wedding took place of .Miss .May Lain-, fifth daughter of .Mr and Mrs A. Laiug, of Inglewood, to Mr' Walter .1. Huston, of Ash burton* The bride, who was given away by her lather, wore a grey crepe de chine eo.sj.uine and hat en suite. Miss Lizzie Laing was bridesmaid, wearing a grey crepe tie chine costume and black hat . Mr McDoiigall, of Waikato. acted as best man. Later Mr and Mrs Huston left by motor car for Auckland, where the honeymoon is being spent. The bride's travelling dross was a navy blue costume and silk hat to match.
