The councillors: declared that an enemy which attacked, harmless citizens was fighting a lost cause. ZEPPELINS ON THE WING. Amsterdam, September 26. A Zeppelin was seen northward of A inland,, and it is .believed that several others accompanied it. ? BOMBARDMENT OF METZ. Paris, September. 26. A communique reports:—An air flotilla dropped forty bombs on the Sablons station at Metz.
