On Saturday eveumgj the theatre was crowded, aud tile programme screened was greatly appreciated, especially tile war filui entitled 'Will They .Never Come." Tk© afternoon Matinee was well patronised, and during tire interval, Mr Foley, to further amuse the young cnildren, indulged in ventriloqual items, introducing "Mr Friend McGinty," which highly amused all. For to-night's change, the star attraction is a drama -900 feet in length (in two parts) entitled "The Candle aud the Moth." John Raymond, lay preacher, was very popular in his parish, in spite of being at on 6 time a convict. His redemption, however, was destined to be the redemption of others. In this great Nordisk him, th© story of John. Raymond's life is fully depicted. Other items include:—"On the Austro-Ser-bian Frontier" (topical), with many interesting scenes. "The Nameless Fear," is a stirring drama by the Lubin Company," "The Conjuror's Assistant" (comic), "Australian Gazette," containing many interesting happenings, "Too Much Burglar (Vitagraph Comedy), followed by a Keystone screamer, 1000 feet in length, entitled "Peanuts and Bullets." This programme will be screened for the last time on Tuesday evening.
