He protests that he was unfairly treated and that the claim foivthis recall was unjust. He states that ..the Allies' Ambassauors had the freeze of the cables for private code messages'' while he was not allowed to communicate privately with his Government. He does riot admit the charges made,- and declares that he had not started to put the plans against the'factories into operation.

Mr Biggar, physician to Rockefeller, khe latter is utterly opposed to doing anything to continue war. He recently declared that this war is awful. Pierpont Morgan may attempt to gain the title of the richest man in the world but Rockefeller has decided uoc to reap war profits.
