TVTOTICB is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Whangamomona County Council, held on the 27th day of .July. 191-5, the following resolution was passed, Mid will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on TUESDAY, the 28th day of September, 1915, at 1 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Whaugamomona. RESOLUTION : In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by "The Counties' Act, 1905," and amendments, the "Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves as follows, by way of Special Order:—. / For the purpose of providing for the expenses of street improvement, i'orniing and kerbing footpaths, and lighting the streets in the ti>vmship of Whangamomona, the said Council hereby makes and -levies a separate rate of three-pence (3d) in the pound, on the rateable; value of all rateable properties in the said township of Whangamomona for the year commencing on the first day-of April!, 1915, and ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1916, and /declares that such separate rate shall be payable in one sum' on the 14th day of October, l'9lo, at the offices of the Council.
