TURCO-BULCARIAN RELATIONS. [United Pkkss Association.] London, September 12. The Daily Telegraph's, .correspondent at Rome says that the best Italian information categorically denies the German report .that a Turco-Bul-garian agreement lias been signed. The Grand Dnke of Mecklenburg's visit has' changed the situation in Bulgaria. As a result of M.M. Radoslavoff's and Chenedieff's explanations the Ministerialists have re-ob-tained a majority, and are quieting the Opposition with the promise that Bulgaria will never march against Russia. M. Radoslavoff's attitude is that be will not make an agreement with anyone until the European situation is cleared up by decisive developments. Diplomats are hopeful that M.M. Venezelos and Passitich will find a solution. GERMAN AIRMEN RECONNOITRE Athens, .September 13.
It is reported that German aeroplanes are constantly flyinp; ovet Serbia and Bulgaria between Orstoya and Constantinople. One fell in Bulgaria and" was captured.
