ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT. ,I'eb Press Association. Christchurch, September 13. A motor car accident at the Ashley !\ivei' bed, Rangiora, on Saturday evening, resulted in the death of Leonard Stackhouse, aged 27, the youngest son of Mr J. Stackhouse, of Blount Brown station, near Amberley. The car collided with a gig and the sMiaft struck deceased in the stomach. He was removed to the hospital, where he died yesterday after an operation.
