RESOLUTION :~ lu pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by “The Counties’ Act, 1908,’L and amendments, the Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves as follows, by way of Special Order;— For the purpose of providing for the expenses of street improvement, forming and kerbing footpaths, and lighting the streets in the township of Whangamomona J the said Council hereby makes and levies a separate rate of three-pence (.'id) in the pound, on the rateable value of all rateable properties in the said township of Whangamomona for the year commencing on the first day of April, 1915, and ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1916, and declares that such separate rate shall he payable in one sum on the 14th day: of October, 1915, at the offices of, the Council.
