ITALY PREPARES FOR WINTER,
AUSTRIA'S RESERVES EXHAUSTED. | United Press Association. (Received 11.23 a.m.) . 1 Rome, September 10. Cabinet has considered the question of control of one hundred and three conquered townships, the organisation of the winter campaign, the production of munitions, and the question of fuller participation in the war. The .Minister for War announced that the Army is fully equipped for the wfti&w/the tranches and huts being fitted with stoves. The Italians have conquered fifteen communes in the Trentino, the populatioinof which are in refuge in Italy, where they receive a brotherly reception. ■ Prisoners declare that Austria has exhausted her reserves, the last of which were sent to Galicia, where fifty thousand were recently lost. An entiiAhrnny corps needed in Galicia was recalled from the Roumanian frontier. Four Austrian army corps are on the Serho-Austrian frontier, one along tne Sava, the Dina, and the Danube, and the second is at Ranat, while-others are in Transylvania.
