t N BULGARIA’S POSITION ' DIB- / CUSSED. ■: [United Press Association.] Copenhagen, September 10. 7 German politicians are discussing with . lively interest, the Bulgarian Minister’s surprise visit to Nish, where he delivered a detailed answer to Serbia. Rome. September 10. Diplomatists are highly optimistic, and are convinced that Bulgaria has given up the idea of throwing in her lot with Austro-Germany. Roumania is ])repared to put 800.000 men in the field in the event of either an Austro-German invasion of the Balkans, the entry, of Bulgaria into the conflict, or the definite conquest of the Dardanelles. Russia has sent Ronmania half a million heavy coats and hoots for mountain warfare.
