SUBMARINE VICTIMS. ENGLISH STEAMER SUNK. United Press Association. (Received 9.-15 a .in.) London, September 10. The English, steumea “Mora” was submarined. The crew landed at Rochelle. GERMANY’S NAVAL LOSSES IN * THE GULF OF RICA. [United Press Association.] Loudon, September 9. Copenhagen states that the losses of the German navy in the Gulf of Riga were more serious than suspected. In addition to the units already mentioned, several ships 4 were hit, some by mines and others torpedoed or hit by the Russian artillery. Scandinavian navigators saw a great German cruiser of the Eriedrich-dev-Grosse type, surrounded by lighters, being towed in an easterly direction. TOLL OF THE SUBMARINE. United Press Association. London, September 9. There were 1438 sailings and arrivals for the week just ended. Merchantmen totalling 37,826 tons were sunk and also four lishiug boats.
