The Germans are breaking up old warships'to secure metal’for shells, cartridges, and bullets. THE IMPORTANCE OF BULAIR. Amsterdam, September 10. Turkish troops from the Caucasus' have arrived at Bulair, which the German and Turkish commanders regal'd as the critical point. They fear that the Allies will sooner or later capteure it, cutting off the armies in Gallipoli.
