BULGARIAN ACTIVITY. FORTIFICATIONS ON BLACK SEA COAST. United Press Association. (Received 9 a.m.) Paris*, September 7. The Keho de Paris’ Salonika correspondent says the Bulgarians are fortifying Varna, and to repel sea attacks have laid down mines, and have placed long-range guns at Galata dominating Port Catania.
