Britain confiscated the letter. Herr Dumba claims the right to call out all Austro-Hungarians employed in producing the above-mentioned munitions; on the ground that they are liable to be sentenced to penal servitude in Austria-Hungary. Many newspapers indignantly maud that Dumba receive his passports for abuse of hospitality.
