SUPREME COURT.
WANGANUI SESSION. Pee Phebs (Association. Wanganui, September 6. At the Supreme Court this morning Mr Justice Edwards sentenced Robert William Steward Orr to two years imprisonment for theft of goods from his employer. Janies Fitzpatrick, op three charges of theft from the post office at Waverley, was admitted to probation for two years on the first charge. He was ordered to come up for sentence next session of the Supreme Court here on the other charges. Justice Edwards said he took this course in order to consult his brother Judges whether his action was a proper one.
