Our counter offensive on the right bank of the Styr was successful, and We also threw back the enemy,in the Radzivilow region. Fighting on the 2nd and 3rd between the Deraj no and the Dneirfter, we made prisoners of 60 officers,
3500 men, and some machine-guns. Our success on the Strypa on the 18th was chiefly due to armoured motor cars, nicknamed “Rushing Victory,” the crews of which, by their self-sacri-ficing action threw the Germans into the greatest disorder and inflicted heavy losses.
