On presentation of the telegraphic or other notification From the Department that a soldier is returning invalided or wounded on a transport or hospital ship, railway statioiimasters will issue return railway tickets as under to hona tide relatives, being the parents o( the soldiers indicated, or where there are no parents, to one person who is next of kin, for the purpose, if desired, of proceeding to the nearest port of call. First and second-class tickets will he issued as the soldier is entitled to same, viz., warrant officers and sergeants-major, first-class; others ranks, second-class.
