TN' pursuance and exercise of the -*- powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 119 of "The Counties" Act, 1908," and its amendments, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, .for the purpose of defraying the cost of repairing and improving tlie Denbigh 'Road, the Stratford County Council herebyjmakes and levies a special rate of one;penny in the pound upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Denbigh Road Separate Rating District, comprising sections 1 to 5 inclusive. 24 to 32 inclusive. Block XVI. .Kgmont Survey District; sections 1,2, 3, 11, 12/13, 14. M.inganui District, Block XVI., Egmont Survey District; sections 4 to 10 inclusive,' Jo to 22 inclusive and half of 2:U:Manganui District, Block XIII..
