STRATFORD A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.

EXECUTIVE MEETING. A meeting of the Executive of the A, and P- Association was held last evening. The following were present: Messrs R. Masters (President). Dingle, Jackson. David. Shatter, Kelleher. Kirkwood, and Stewart. Mr R. Masters was elected to the Donation Committee.

Mesdames Boon, B,udge and Dingle waited on the committee and asked permission to run an afternoon tea tent on show days, the proceeds to be devoted to the Patriotic Fund, and permission was granted. The Donation Committee reported that, the -following had given special prizes: Messrs J. H. Cook and Co., New Plymouth ; Mr Parkes, Kaponga ; Mr O’Sullivan, Kaponga; Mr Perry, Mangatoki; B. Orr, Ngaere; W. Rutledge, Midhirst.

The following new members were elected, making a .total of 87 new members since Ist .Inly I—J. H. Bentlev, Kaponga ; D. P. T. Malone, Riverlea ; Ml J. Power, Kaponga; A. -TDempsey, Rowan ; .1. A. Kemp. Mahno-; *C. A. Voullaire, Awatnna; C. 'Waite, Rowan; T. Waite, Rowan; J. J. Kissick, Kapnni; G. Gibson, Riverlea; W. A. O’Neill, Riverlea; J. LWeir, Elthaiu; G. D. Cow, Eltliam. 'Die Schedule Committee reported that matters in this connection were well advanced, and the schedule will he in the printer’s hands in the course of a few days.

The President reported having conferred with Mr Connett, of the Taranaki A. and P. Association, with the object of having a conference of the various A. and P. Associations in the province at an early date.
