The collision case, Watkin v. Donald, again occupied the attention ol the Stratford Magistrate's Court today. when evidence was given by William Cnbbon, driver of the ear ; W . \ . Wilson, who estimated the military worth of the horse at £H> to £TS: Lords Cramer, who was in the ear; and James Donald, owner of the ear. The last named stated that the ear weighed ddewt.\ and he was of the opinion that even if it had been travelling at two miles per hour, the impact would break the horse’s leg. The Magistrate intimated that he would give his decision next, Friday.
