Tim stoppage of news will deprive the militant German newspapers of their greatest asset of continuous German victories, reports of Ireland revolting and England clamoring for peace. There is no Cabinet meeting until .next week, when the official Arabic reports will he available. American anxiety is nnbated. Declaration ot War must he sanctioned by Congress,and there is already a strong demand in some; quarters that Congress should meet earlv to discuss the situation.

All ammunition plants are working overtime.
