United Press Association. Rome. August 22
II Seccolo does not consider that a Turqo-ltalian war will involve Italy at the Dardanelles, because experts are of ojiinion that a new army at ; Gallipoli is superfluous. The only decisive factor will/be a Bulgarian attack in the rear, but Italy must contribute to crush Turkey and hasten intervention uij,*lie Balkan States.
