In pursuance and exerciseof the powers, vested in-it in -that ffiehall l).v Section 119 of “The Counties’ Act, HIOS,” and its amendments, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows,:— That, for the purpose of defraying the cost of repairing and Improving the Denbigh Road, the Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny in the pound upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Denbigh Road Separate Rating District, comprising sections 1 to o inclusive, 24 to .42 inclusive.
