RIFLE SHOOTING.
atlffir-- ■ (By Bisley). Members of the Stratford Defence Rifle Chib put in some good practice on Thursday afternoon at the rifle range. Rifleman A. Alackay put up a remarkable good shoot, making a possible at 500 yards, 'i here was a tricky bead wind blowing. Next Thursday the team to challenge for the shield will be practising, and all those that have rifles are wanted on tbi> range. j The following are some ol the highest scores:—
