AMUSEMENTS.
HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE.
The leading attraction at His Majesty’s Theatre with the current biweekly programme is the ninth series of Adventures of Kathlyn, and it can safely be said the series, for sensationalism, easily eclipses all its predecessors. Kathlyn Williams, the daring heroine of the melodrama, proves herself a past master in animal training. The manner in which the tigers and lions obey her commands inside the mammoth iron cage in this particular scene is startling in the extreme, and the audience is treated to one of the finest and most spectacular circus acts yet cinematographed, the supporting programme including two excellent Keystone comedies up to the usual high standard. To-night is the final presentation of the above programme. To-morrow night’s programme is headed by a particularly line dramatic production, entitled “Called Back,” made famous throughout Australasia by the late Geo. .Reynold.
"A SCRAPE O’ THE PEN.”

Miss Margaret Noble (Flora McGilp). Miss Gertie Henderson (Mrs Baikie), Mr Alex Hunter (Hugh Menaies), and Mr Robert I’urdie (Alec Inglis). These artists come to New Zealand with a big reputation.
