The Lokal Auzeiger publishes an ac- * count of an interview which I''‘’ldMarshall Von Moltke gave to Mr Emerson, an American journalist. , Moltke says the Germans at the outset were in the same predicament as their enemies. Frequently, in the early stages, they were dangerously short of munitions. The Germans’ success in meeting all present and future demands was due to the adaptability of old and new munitions factories as well as patriotism of the workmen. \on .Moltke paid frank tribute to the, bravery of the English troops.'
