The Bulgarian Legation ha s informed the Petit Parisieh that an agreement has not he-•) concluded. Bulgaria does not dream of attacking Serbia. GREECE WILL NOT CEDE TERRITORY. Athens, August. 9. M. Gounaris and other politicians, in an interview with a representative of the Exchange Telegraph Agency, claimed that the attitude of Greece is one of benevolent neutrality towards the Triple Entente, with leyal fulfilment of all obligations to Servia. It is impossible, under any circumstances,, to cede" territory to Bulgaria in consideration of the latter fighting with the Allies. The popular sentiment in Greece will not countenance cession of teritory won in the Balkan wars, together with the belief that she is entitled to those portions in Asia Minor whore the majority of tbe' population Greeks.
